My video signal was both poor and slow and tracked it down to my HDMI cords going from my digital cable box and Blu-Ray player then going into my receiver then into my LCD flat screen TV. Having looked at a number of vendors I found uniqueproductsonline and purchased a few 1.4 HDMI 24 AWG cords. Now with the uniqueproductsonline HDMI cables I'm able to scroll through the channels much quicker and the video quality has vastly improved plus the audio seems to be better. The video quality on my Blu-Ray player also improved. As a graphic designer I do notice video quality and these cables solved by video issues immediately. A great product at a great price, shipped very quickly Great prices on quality products. I bought an optical splitter, a short optical cable, and an S-video cable. Everything works great, and the products arrived in the time frame indicated.

Returns and DOA:
Seldom happens but just in case, the following is our policy.
All Cables and Devices are guaranteed NEW and in working order. No return will be accepted unless the item is not as described. Shipping and handling fees will NOT be returned in any case.
If the product is found defective on arrival or incorrect item was shipped, buyer understands that the product will be replaced at seller's discretion once the product in question is returned. Any notification of defective or incorrect item shipped must be made to us within 7 days of receipt of your product. Any returning package without a previous contact with us will be refused. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. All shipping and handling fee will not be returned in any case.
Packaging
We practice less waste Package. Our products come without excess packaging materials such as hard plastic clamshell casings, plastic bindings, and excess wire ties. It's designed to be opened without the use of a box cutter or knife and will protect your product just as well as traditional packaging.
Our cables, wall plates and most other products come in easy to open poly bags.
In addition we use Corn starch peanuts which are completely biodegradable. They provide protection like standard peanuts but they are environment friendly and kid and pet friendly. They dissolve completely in water leaving no toxic waste.
We just want to give back to the environment for our children and grand children.
